The type of contract to be concluded in relation to the renting or hiring of a ship registered or to be registered pursuant to this Act or the carriage/transportation of cargos or
passengers or engagement in any navigation work shall be so provided by the Rules under this Act as not to be inconsistent with the prevailing Nepal laws.
